What to pay attention to when using diesel generators in winter
Aug 30,2022
In winter, when the temperature drops sharply, you need to pay attention to some things when using diesel generators. Otherwise, the diesel generators may be damaged, which will affect the production plan. So what should you pay attention to when using diesel generators in cold winters?
1. Diesel generator manufacturers feel that they must pay attention when selecting this kind of equipment. The water storage tank must not be frozen, and most of the prevention methods will have a large number of special and efficient anti-rust treatments. Some car antifreeze or a series of industrial electric furnaces, so that can ensure a lot of temperature above freezing.
2. Whether it is an imported diesel generator or a diesel generator used in winter, the diesel generator manufacturer feels that it is necessary to prohibit the use of fire for testing.
3. The full-load heating time of the diesel generator should be slightly longer, and only then can the switch be closed.
4. Generally speaking, in winter, if the temperature is below 5 °C, some heating of all diesel generators or the heating of steam operation is relatively very good. , until heating is required, most of them must be started at 30 to 40 degrees Celsius, and the temperature of the cylinder should be fully considered during the whole heating process, and then the temperature of the heated water mist should be The temperature of the diesel generator should also be fully considered.
5. Diesel generator manufacturers feel that the temperature requirements for all machinery and equipment are relatively high. If the temperature is higher than 55°C and the temperature of the oil is higher than 45°C, then full-load operation is allowed.
