1. Industrial and mining enterprises: DC welding machine, AC arc welding machine, flash butt welding machine, pressure welding machine, argon arc welding machine, butt welding machine, spot welding machine, submerged arc welding machine, high frequency welding machine, carbon dioxide protection welding machine, AC welding machine and DC welding machine, touch welding machine and laser welding machine
2. Gas shielded welding: one is carbon dioxide shielded welding, and the other is gas shielded welding, which is rare, and its name is rarely heard. It is argon arc welding. These two kinds of welding machines have an obvious advantage over other welding machines, because they have gas protection during electric welding, there is generally no oxidation during welding, and the solution welding is very firm, It can also weld non-ferrous metals and relatively thin materials.
3. DC welding machine: this kind of welding machine can be divided into two types. One is to add some rectifier elements on the basis of AC motor, and the other is DC generator. DC welding machine is mainly used for the common welding of pig iron and non-ferrous metals. AC welding machine is mainly used for electric welding of steel plate.
4. Submerged arc welding machines generally appear in the construction team, because their main welding objects are relatively thick steel materials such as girders, bridges and other steel structures.
5. Carbon dioxide protection welding machine and argon arc welding machine are mainly used to weld thin plates below 2mm, and will produce colored gold layer. Flash butt welding machine this kind of welding machine is mainly aimed at the joints and other objects connected with materials such as copper and aluminum. If the high-frequency welding machine is used, it is mainly applicable to the welding of steel pipes in pipe factories, which is generally not used by ordinary people.
