1. Winter oil and fuel must be used, and special attention should be paid to the water content in the fuel to avoid clogging the oil circuit;
2. It is best to add antifreeze to the cooling system, otherwise the cooling water must be drained when the water temperature drops to 10-50°C after parking;
3. In severe cold seasons and regions, it is best not to store the diesel engine in the open air, otherwise the cooling water must be heated to preheat the body when starting.
When the temperature is high. When using a gasoline generator, ensure that the surrounding environment is kept at 20~40°C. The high temperature environment is not conducive to the internal heat dissipation of the generator, and when the temperature of the machine itself rises after long-term operation, it will also cause the output power of the engine to decrease and the insulation of its corresponding parts will age, which will greatly reduce the technical performance indicators of the engine.
Gasoline generators require the relative humidity of the air to be as low as 95%. Everyone should know that the environment with high humidity is especially prone to mold growth. If the generator is in this environment for a long time, some metal parts will rust, which will affect the working stability of the entire unit and shorten the service life.
The above two points should be paid enough attention to. High humidity will lead to corrosion of machine parts and reduce the degree of insulation. High temperature will also reduce the performance indicators of the engine, which not only affects the safety of gasoline, but also seriously threatens personal safety.
