How to solve the cooling problem of diesel generator
Dec 13,2022
1. Keep the cooling system clean and the coolant sufficient:
Keeping the cooling system clean can effectively improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the generator set and provide a good operating environment for the generator set. Let's take the radiator as an example. If the radiator is stained with mud, oil or the heat sink is deformed due to collision, the heat dissipation effect of the generator set will be affected. If this situation is found during use, it should be cleaned or repaired in time.

2. The temperature of the environment in which the diesel generator set is used:
In order to ensure the normal operation of the generator set, it is necessary to provide a good ventilation environment, especially to ensure that the water tank is in good condition for exhausting air and smoke. Try to put the generator in a cool place. If there are no conditions, you can build a wooden board on the generator to let out direct sunlight exposure. At the same time, pay attention to avoid covering the position of the exhaust hole when building the board to ensure smooth exhaust. .
3. Avoid overloading of diesel generator sets:
If the generator set is overloaded for a long time, it will cause the cooling effect of the coolant to deteriorate, which will cause the temperature of the generator set to be too high and affect the normal use. In addition, if the fan tape is too loose, the speed of the water pump will be too low, which will affect the circulation of the coolant and accelerate the wear of the tape; if the tape is too tight, it will cause the water pump bearing to wear. Therefore, the fan tape should be kept moderately tight, and at the same time, it should not be stained with oil.
