1. Check and correct wiring errors according to the circuit diagram;
2. The main generator or exciter field winding is connected incorrectly, causing a large error. Usually caused by wrong wiring after replacing the field winding. should be checked and corrected;
3. When the rotating silicon rectifier element is faulty and short-circuited, both forward and reverse are conducted. Check the positive and negative resistance of the rectifier element with a multimeter, and replace the damaged element;
4. The main generator excitation winding is damaged. Check and measure the main generator field winding with a multimeter. The resistance is infinite, and the excitation circuit should be connected;
The repaired air-cooled four-stroke gasoline unit is systematically observed to determine whether the power generation system is in good operating condition; follow the new daily procedures for the generator, whether the engine is disintegrated or leaking, whether the components of the entire generator set are complete, and whether the exhaust pipe is leaking. Smoke, whether the engine exhaust pipe is unblocked, and whether the oil is clean.
