Small scale and high cost
There are many manufacturers of micro-tillers in my country, but the total market volume at this stage is not large. It is estimated that the total sales volume of micro-tillers in China in 2001 was about 20,000 units, and the average annual sales volume of each manufacturer was less than 200 units. There are only 2,000 units, and only a few dozen units. In this case, on the one hand, the enterprise is not profitable, and on the other hand, the farmers think that the price of the micro-tiller is too high.
Low level of "three modernizations"
Because there are many manufacturers and many models for reference, everyone is in their own way, so the level of "three modernizations" is very low. The "Technical Conditions for Micro Cultivators", which was implemented on October 1, 2001, only made some provisions on performance parameters, and there were no specific requirements for the specific structure and product "three modernizations".
Low usage level, high maintenance cost
Improper use is an important factor in causing machine failure. One is that in order to reduce costs, the engine owner often does not use the fuel with the specified label. In addition, the fuel quality in some areas is really poor (even the fuel from the local illegal small oil refinery is used), so that the engine often fails.
