How to choose a high-power gasoline generator

(1) The overall dimensions, installation dimensions and connection dimensions of the unit shall comply with the approved product drawings within the specified scope.
(2) The welding of the unit is firm, the welds are uniform, and there are no defects such as penetration, undercut, slag inclusion, and pores, and the welding slag and flux are removed; the paint film is uniform, without obvious cracks and peeling; Corrosion; solid parts of the unit must not loosen.
(3) The electrical installation of the device shall conform to the circuit diagram. Each line connector of the unit should have obvious signs that are not easy to fall off.
(4) The unit should have a good grounding terminal.
(5) The unit signs are complete.
Insulation resistance and strength:
(1) Insulation resistance: measure the insulation resistance of each independent circuit to ground and between circuits, and the value should be greater than 2m.
(2) Dielectric strength: Each independent circuit of the gasoline generator set should be able to withstand the AC test voltage for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover. If the loop voltage is 100V, the test voltage is 750V. If the loop voltage is 100V, the test voltage is 1440v.
