The disadvantage of gasoline engine is that the thermal efficiency is lower than that of diesel engine, the fuel consumption is higher, the ignition system is more complicated than that of diesel engine, and the reliability and maintenance convenience are not as good as diesel engine.
The engine is a machine that converts chemical energy into mechanical energy. Its conversion process is actually the process of the working cycle. In simple terms, it generates kinetic energy by burning the fuel in the cylinder to drive the reciprocating motion of the piston in the engine cylinder, thereby driving the engine.
