Correct starting steps for small gasoline generator sets.

1. Before starting, turn the small gasoline generator switch to the "on" position, and turn the speed control handle to the low speed position. Turn the choke switch to the "off" position, except in hot engine or high ambient temperature areas, diesel engine water pump.
2. Turn off the output circuit breaker.
3. Gently pull the starter handle, feel the resistance, then pull out quickly, don't pull out all the wires, if you can't get on the bus repeatedly, set the choke to "on" and try again.
4. The air pulls the engine 4-5 times (4-5 times in cold weather in winter), so that the internal parts of the engine are lubricated, and the residual waste gas of the silent generator in the cylinder is discharged.
5. Turn on the throttle switch and start the generator set.
6. After the small gasoline generator set is started at room temperature, it needs to run for 1-2 minutes to preheat, and in cold weather, it needs to be extended for 3-5 minutes. When preheating, check whether the small gasoline generator set is in normal operation.
7. Check whether the output voltage, frequency and other instrument displays are normal. If there is any abnormality, it should be adjusted to the normal value.
